About the practice

Rideau Lakes Massage Therapy offers one-on-one, personalized care from Kim, a Registered Massage Therapist with two decades of experience and advanced post-graduate training. Kim consistently exceeds the college’s continuing education requirements — not because she has to, but because she’s committed to doing this work well.

Alongside massage therapy, the practice includes Pilates classes and the Restoration Room, a self-guided wellness space offering infrared sauna, red light therapy, PEMF support, and compression therapy.
